WHY KORKAIIDEA EXISTS<\/p>\n

I was tired of brokers who disappeared after the sale.<\/h2>\n

I bought my first condo in Bangkok in 2009. The broker promised everything, delivered almost nothing after the cheque cleared. The unit sat empty for months because he had no real leasing network. The rent I did get came with tenant calls at midnight. I spent two years realising the pattern: Thai real estate had great properties and motivated owners, but no one reliable connecting them through the full lifecycle. So I built that.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n\n
