Choose a question to read the answer. If you need information about a specific room, send the project name or listing code to the team on LINE.
How do I start if I want the team to help find a room?
Send the area, monthly budget, move-in date, number of occupants and key requirements on LINE. The team will check options based on the information you send.
See a sample message to send on LINE →Are the listings on the website still available?
Listings show a status of available, reserved or no longer available, based on the information received. Send the code or project name to confirm availability and conditions with the team before a viewing. Contacting us on LINE is not a reservation.
Browse rental listings →How much are the security deposit and advance rent?
It depends on each room and the owner's conditions. Ask for the first-payment breakdown, payment dates and contract details before you pay.
Read the rental budgeting guide →Can I keep pets or park a car?
Tell us the type and number of pets or the number of cars when you first enquire. The rules of the room owner and the project must be checked before anything is agreed.
What should I check at a viewing?
Check the condition of the room, the equipment, what is included in the rent and the costs you must pay, and keep a record of what you agree with the other party.
Read the pre-rental checklist →Who pays the service fee, and what does it cover?
Service provider: บริษัท กอไก่ไอเดีย จำกัด
You can ask the team for the service provider's details, the coordinator's name and contact channels before you decide.
Ask for a written summary of the scope of work and service fees before work starts, and check that it covers:
- Who pays the service fee: the renter, the owner or another party as agreed. Do not assume the rent already includes the service fee.
- What is and is not included in the service, such as checking options, arranging viewings, preparing the property or looking after it during the lease. Confirm this against the service you choose.
- The amount or method of calculating the service fee, the payment due date, and any extra costs that need approval, kept separate from the rent, the security deposit and the room's running costs.
