WHY KORKAIIDEA EXISTS
I was tired of brokers who disappeared after the sale.
I bought my first condo in Bangkok in 2009. The broker promised everything, delivered almost nothing after the cheque cleared. The unit sat empty for months because he had no real leasing network. The rent I did get came with tenant calls at midnight. I spent two years realising the pattern: Thai real estate had great properties and motivated owners, but no one reliable connecting them through the full lifecycle. So I built that.

KORKAIIDEA was founded in 2011 as a full-service real estate company. One team handles everything from pricing and listings, to tenant management, to yield strategy. Owners get one point of contact instead of five. Relationships compound: the clients we helped sell in 2013 became the clients we helped manage in 2018 and advised on new investments in 2023.
