Background in private banking and ASEAN property analysis. Leads the investment-consulting practice — running scorecards, modelling yield, handling hold-vs-sell analysis for owner portfolios. Joined 2016.

Operations & Tenant Care Lead — Head of Legal & Tax
LL.M., admitted to the Thai Bar. Licensed Thai tax attorney. Handles FET documentation, foreign-ownership structuring, and tax optimization across multiple jurisdictions. Joined 2018.

Sales & Leasing Lead — Director of Operations
