KORKAIIDEA (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a real estate services provider operating at korkaiidea.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA, B.E. 2562) and comparable data protection laws.

1. What we collect

• Contact form data — name, phone, email, service interest, and message you submit via the inquiry form.
• Automatic usage data — IP address (truncated), user agent, referring URL, pages visited. Collected only after you accept analytics cookies.
• Cookies — a consent cookie to remember your choice, plus optional analytics/marketing cookies you explicitly accept.

2. How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and deliver the services you request.
• To fulfill contractual and legal obligations (e.g., tax records, anti-money-laundering where applicable).
• To improve the website experience (only with analytics consent).

3. Legal basis (PDPA s.24)

8. Cross-border transfers

Some processors may operate outside Thailand. Where this applies, we use PDPA-compliant safeguards (such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).
